Maison Horlo began in 2023 with a workbench, a loupe, and a few NH35 movements. Today we hand-modify Seiko watches to order — one piece at a time, in our small studio in Paris.

We believe a great watch shouldn't cost the price of a car. By starting with proven Seiko movements and adding hand-fitted dials, hands and straps, we deliver real mechanical watches that feel personal — without the markup.
